Duties and Responsibilities:- Achieveing monthly revenue targets as defined in KRA.
- Proper coordination with companys existing business partners.
- Outstanding selling abilities combined with entrepreneurial thinking should be prepared to take ownership of the entire sales process.
- Handle end-to-end sales conversion of pre-generated leads across multiple continents, including North America, Europe, Asia, and ROW.
- Should effectively manage internal coordination with the web marketing team in order to assist them with various marketing campaigns (e-blasts, press releases, LinkedIn promotions, and so on).
- Ensure proper coordination with accounts team.
- Managing and leading a tele-caller team across multiple domains.
- Develop a strategy for attracting and retaining clients in a variety of industries for research and consulting services.
- Creating a strong and trusting relationship between major key clients and the company, as well as nurturing existing key accounts, in order to build a strong business relationship and generate recurring revenue.
- Determining and fulfilling solutions for Clients and providing after-sales support
- Revenue from existing key accounts should be maximised through upselling and cross-selling, and existing accounts should be nurtured.
- Based on your experience, you will assist in the development of proposals/business cases/presentations to clients, as well as pitching in for the expected research content by the clients.
- Product (research reports) mapping should be excellent based on the client’s specific requirements.
- Monitor competitors’ products or services and develop selling strategies for your own.
- Assessment of requirements (gaining information about the customer). Maintaining a contact database
- Account nurturing and account management should be prioritised.
- Conduct weekly evaluations of your subordinates, as well as weekly sales reports.
Qualifications:- Masters Degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent negotiating and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of the sales process and dynamics
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish rapport quickly with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
